After sixteen years of successful service delivery and research, the institution recognised the importance of vocational training to support Governments efforts of industrialisation through HPP. The company and its Board of Directors realised that vocational training prepares people for specific trades, crafts and careers and prepare people for actual careers. Consequently, the institution opened its Vocational Training Center in Arandis, AIMS VTC-Arandis, in the Erongo region with the following qualification offerings

Training in planning, managing, and providing lodging, food, recreation, conventions, and tourism, and related planning and support services such as travel-related services.
National Vocational Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism L 2-4
Training to Inspect, troubleshoot, and conduct tests. Pinpoint problems ising a range of testing devices. Safely use various hand and power tools. Plan the layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
National Vocational Certificate in Electrical General L 1-3
Training in inspecting the vehicle's mechanical components and its engine, diagnosing problems with vehicles and performing maintenance and repair work on cars, trucks and other vehicles.
National Vocational Certificate in Auto Mechanics L 1-2
